Louis XIII - The dynasty of cellar masters : Pierrette Trichet
Pierrette Trichet had already worked for many years with Georges Clot when he retired in 2003. Dominique Hériard Dubreuil, Chairman of the House, saw in her an ideal professional mind to take LOUIS XIII into the future and appointed her to be the fourth Cellar Master. Today, Pierrette Trichet works with the old eaux-de-vie selected and aged by her predecessors at the beginning of the previous century to reproduce LOUIS XIII. She also selects the eaux-de-vie that will go into its composition a century from now.
The whole future of the House depends on her art.
